Wild Edibles Custom cold smoked and dry cured with a blend of salt and sugar. NO SODIUM NITRATES! Mild smokey flavor, perfect on a bagel or for hors d'oeuvres. Smoked salmon is versatile and can be used in a variety of ways including pates, spreads, in omelettes, and quiches. All of our smoked products are smoked off premises to Wild Edibles specifications. Also available is smoked haddock, smoked cod, smoked blue fish and smoked sturgeon.
